Wearing union t-shirt not industrial action: Federal Court
The United Firefighters Union has failed to convince the Federal Court that the Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board took adverse action against an executive assistant who wore a union t-shirt during protected industrial action in support of a new enterprise agreement.
