Unions win right to appeal Leighton deals
The CEPU and AMWU have won the right to appeal two agreements, even though an FWC full bench rejected their arguments that the employers had breached the Fair Work Act by negotiating with just a handful of employees for agreements covering potentially a wide range of workers throughout Australia.
