Union had no right to oppose deal: Full bench
The CFMEU has won the right to be covered by an agreement mining giant Glencore Xstrata struck with 21 workers it hired after ceasing production and then reopening a Queensland coal mine, but a Fair Work Commission full bench has confirmed the union had no entitlement to oppose the deal's approval.
