Tribunal lambasts company over dismissal of injured worker
The Fair Work Commission has strongly criticised a major multinational company over its sacking of an employee who had made a WorkCover claim, saying that from the moment he reported his injury it "embarked on an exercise directed to establishing that he was dishonest and fraudulent".
