Toll tells Heydon it provided funds to TWU training company
Toll Holdings Ltd's senior legal counsel Damian Sloan told the Heydon Royal Commission yesterday that the company agreed to contribute up to $150,000 a year to a training company established by the TWU in order to get its 2011 enterprise agreement with the union over the line.
