Tiger makes first deal with pilots' union

Low-cost carrier Tiger Airways Australia will pay a 12% increase to its pilots over 27 months, plus a sign-on bonus, under its first collective agreement for flight crew, negotiated with the Australian Federation of Air Pilots and approved by Fair Work Australia yesterday.
