Third-party action averted, as MUA suspends Teekay industrial action
The MUA has suspended industrial action against Port Hedland tug operator Teekay Shipping for 30 days, claiming it has been forced to do so to stabilise a bargaining environment that had become volatile due to “intervention” by industry groups and Canberra.
