Supreme Court thwarts concrete campaign
The Victorian Supreme Court has this afternoon ordered the CFMEU to lift bans on supplying concrete to Grocon sites, finding a serious issue to be tried that the union is inducing breaches of contract between the company and its sub-contractors and committing the tort of intimidation.
