Stress from management teleconferencing a workplace injury: Federal Court
A regular teleconference that a Commonwealth Bank branch manager blamed for his attempted suicide was "part and parcel of his employment" and not a "reasonable administrative action" that would have excluded the bank from liability for his injury, a Federal Court full court has found.
