Stewart hopes for challenge to Wattyl annual leave direction ruling

Adelaide University's Professor Andrew Stewart says the Federal Circuit Court's decision on whether national paint manufacturer Wattyl could direct employees to take annual leave during a downturn in business is "an opportunity missed" and hopes United Voice will appeal the ruling.
