A FWC full bench majority has found no errors in Deputy President Greg Smith's decision not to reinstate a university professor who he found was unfairly dismissed after an investigation into his research spending claims. Meanwhile, the FWC has upheld the sacking of a financial controller who made payments to herself without proper documentation.
