"Side wind" didn't change penalty-setting regime: Court

Refusing to reduce fines levied against a medical practice and its two principal doctors for underpaying a visually-impaired receptionist, a full Federal Court has held that the "course of conduct" penalty reductions for breaches of the Fair Work Act only apply to particular terms of awards, and not the whole instrument.
