Shorten announces changes to greenfields bargaining, right of entry
The federal government will amend the Fair Work Act to provide access to arbitration for deadlocked greenfields negotiations and to allow unions to hold meetings in workplace lunchrooms if agreement on another location can't be reached, Workplace Relations Minister Bill Shorten announced today.
