Security agreement approved in face of stiff opposition
The Fair Work Commission has approved a Victorian security industry agreement despite arguments from United Voice that it failed the better off overall test, ineligible employees voted on it and that the employer did not meet its obligations to explain its terms and provide relevant information to the workforce.
