Sales director accused of sexual harassment wins big payout

A finance company sales director whose employment contract was terminated after he was accused of sexual harassment has been awarded his $1.4 million bonus plus six months' salary, with the NSW Supreme Court finding his employer didn't rely on the serious misconduct claims when it dismissed him.
