Reinstatement objective to be axed for unfairly sacked workers

Reinstatement would no longer be the primary objective when the FWC is considering remedies for unfairly dismissed workers, the small business fair dismissal code would be axed and compensation for unlawful adverse action would be capped, under proposals in the Productivity Commission's draft IR report.
