The Fair Work Commission has returned the entry permit of a senior NUW official who was responsible for covertly filming a Baiada chicken processing facility in South Australia, while it has issued a new permit to a TWU official who "orchestrated" a national four-hour wildcat strike by Qantas baggage handlers.
