Penalty seeks to deter advisors from orchestrating employment contract "scams"

A judge has sought to deter "advisors" from drafting sham employment contracts, in imposing a $55,000 penalty on a cleaning business and its director that underpaid a cleaner who was in Australia on a working holiday visa.
