PC calls for greater workplace flexibility for parents of children with disability

The Productivity Commission, in its disability care report released today, has recommended the Government expand the Fair Work Act's "right to request" provisions to allow parents of significantly disabled children over the age of 18 to apply for flexible working arrangements.
