O'Neill launches Thomson prosecution
Fair Work Australia General Manager Bernadette O'Neill has lodged proceedings in the Federal Court today against the member for Dobell, Craig Thomson, seeking penalties and compensation for alleged unauthorised expenditure incurred by him during his period as HSU national secretary.
