Not a happy wanderer: ASU organiser lodges adverse action claim against union

Former Queensland ASU organiser Brenden Sheehan has taken his employer to the Federal Circuit Court, claiming there was a "direct causal nexus" between his dismissal on the one hand and his cessation of contributions to a union election fund and resignation from union membership on the other.
