Newspaper to pay journalist $128,000 for adverse action
The Federal Circuit Court has ordered a foreign language newspaper publisher to pay more than $128,000 in compensation and interest to a full-time journalist who was forced to reduce his days to two days per week and then dismissed when he complained.
