Manufacturer fails to oust outworkers from TCF award

A clothing company has lost its bid to remove outworkers who are "legitimate subcontractors" from the modern textile and clothing award, despite receiving sympathy from a Fair Work Commission full bench for its argument that the embattled industry needs greater flexibility to combat a flood of cheap imports.
