Maitland's ICAC lie exposes him to risk of jail

A damning wire tap has forced former CFMEU national secretary John Maitland to admit today that he lied to the NSW ICAC by disclosing confidential details about his "grilling" by investigators, a criminal offence that carries a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment.
