Maitland facing prosecution over coal mine profits
Former CFMEU national secretary John Maitland is being prosecuted for being an accessory to misconduct and for giving false evidence, following last year's NSW ICAC inquiry into the granting of a coal exploration licence that earned him millions of dollars.
