Lomax pleads not guilty to blackmail

CFMEU official John Lomax today entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of blackmail and won bail in the ACT Magistrates Court, while the leader of the CFMEU's ACT branch denied any acts of impropriety in the Heydon Royal Commission today.
