Keneally wrong on OHS and IR: employers
Employer groups have slammed as "retrograde" NSW Premier Kristina Keneally's bid for a standing exemption from the Fair Work Act's ban on project agreements, while Prime Minister Julia Gillard said the State Government should stick to the deal it made last year on OHS reform.
