Judge throws out Ashby's sexual harassment claim, criticises Harmer
The Federal Court has dismissed the sexual harassment case by former federal Speaker Peter Slipper's one-time media adviser, James Ashby, holding in a stinging judgment delivered this morning that it was launched predominantly to expose Slipper to maximum political damage.
