Judge says costs order likely to be "devastating" for harassed Oracle manager
A senior Oracle employee awarded $18,000 for sexual harassment by a male colleague is likely to suffer "financially and personally" because of the significant legal costs of pursuing her successful claim, according to Federal Court judge Robert Buchanan.
