Judge allows 'similar fact' evidence in sexual harassment case

The Federal Court has agreed that a former Rivers (Australia) Pty Ltd employee can call evidence from two other former employees about alleged conduct by the company's owner towards them to prove sexual harassment allegations she has made against him and the company.
