High Court to hear CFMEU leave bid in February, stays discovery order
The CFMEU's bid for special leave from the High Court to appeal its criminal contempt conviction and a discovery order stemming from the Grocon/Boral disputes will now be heard in February next year, with the court in the meantime agreeing to stay the order.
