Harsh to sack delegate who refused drug test: Tribunal

The NSW IRC has docked a union delegate for his "inappropriate" and aggressive behaviour when he refused to undertake a urine drug test, but has reinstated him to his former environmental officer position after finding his dismissal harsh.
