FWC's pay equity unit commissions major research project
The pay equity unit established within the FWC this year has hit the ground running, commissioning a substantial research project from a team that includes University of Adelaide Professor of Law, Andrew Stewart, and initiating a "consultative research process" that will generate data to help a full bench rule on the equal pay case for child care workers.
