FWC upholds manager's sacking for directing employees to falsify timesheets
The FWC has upheld the dismissal of a manager who directed two of her employees to falsely record weekend work on their timesheets as having been performed during the week, circumventing workplace policies aimed at reducing workers' stress and protecting their leisure time.
