FWC to take another look at alleged "covert" industrial action on docks

A Fair Work Commission ruling that waterfront workers' failure to volunteer for Christmas/New Year public holiday shifts at DP World cannot be construed as industrial action will be re-examined after a successful appeal against the Commission's failure to issue interim orders to stop an alleged MUA industrial campaign.
