FWC rejects CFMEU bid to renew branch president's entry permit

The FWC has refused to return the entry permit of the Victorian construction union's president, finding he didn't meet the "fit and proper person" test, partly because he was "knowingly in contempt" of a Federal Court order to end a blockade of the Epping market construction project in 2010.
