FWC permits lawyer for bullying case's "complex" threshold issues

An employer facing a bullying claim has won permission to be represented by a lawyer in FWC proceedings to deal with whether it is a constitutional corporation and the alleged victim is a "worker" under the terms of the Fair Work Act's anti-bullying provisions.
