FWC orders union to hand over confidential communications

In a dispute about whether a Sydney school teacher was constructively dismissed or resigned during settlement negotiations, the FWC has ordered the IEU to hand over its file on the former Knox Grammar School educator despite its misgivings about compelling the production of "without prejudice" documents.
