FWBC personal liability proposal would open up "can of worms": Court

The Federal Court has rejected an FWBC bid to make a CFMEU official personally liable for fines, saying the construction watchdog had ignored the practicalities of enforcement, given that it had "no intention" of monitoring him for up to a decade to ensure he wasn't reimbursed.
