FWA taking "permissive" approach to employer bargaining conduct: Lawyers

The Federal Government should consider introducing a New Zealand-style good faith bargaining code if Fair Work Australia continues its "permissive approach" to employer bargaining conduct, while Australia's good faith bargaining provisions should be read as requiring parties to reach an agreement, according to a new book.
