FWA interprets "arrangement" broadly in transfer of business

Fair Work Australia has rejected an employer's argument that he had no "arrangement" - for transfer of business purposes - with the previous managers of a hotel he was running and that a sacked worker therefore hadn't been employed long enough to make an unfair dismissal claim.
