Freehills defends Pacific National over union claim of strike ban "coercion"

The RTBU has brought an adverse action claim against Pacific National for offering its NSW rail freight members pay incentives if they don't participate in industrial action, but lawyers from Herbert Smith Freehills say the company's actions are defensible, based on a full federal court precedent.
