Foreign crew the "elephant in the room" in Gorgon safety dispute
Fair Work Australia has rejected MUA claims that stevedores at a supply base for the giant Gorgon gas project refused to work on a vessel for safety reasons, describing as "plausible" their employer's argument that the "elephant in the room" was that the ship was foreign-crewed.
