Federal Court upholds removal of accommodation from striking workers

Confirming an outcome that the Fair Work Act review panel says should be reversed, the Federal Court has dismissed the CFMEU's argument that four "fly in/fly out" workers should not have had their accommodation taken away when they went on strike at Woodside's Pluto gas project.
