Federal Court labels Kathy Jackson HSU affidavit "scandalous"

A Federal Court judge this morning described as "scandalous" and possibly inadmissible evidence filed by HSU national secretary Kathy Jackson to support her arguments against putting the union into administration, and also raised concerns about an apparent attempt by Jackson or her lawyers to breach court rules by contacting his chambers.
