ETU claims shop steward win at Grocon's Myer site

The ETU has obtained an undertaking from major builder Grocon not to stop union delegates employed by electrical contractor KLM Group Limited from coming onto its troubled Myer Emporium site in Melbourne's CBD, during a Federal Court general protections hearing yesterday.
