Employers push unions to identify comparators for equal pay case

The FWC full bench that will hear childcare unions' bid for equal pay orders has today asked parties to identify by Friday the preliminary legal issues to be resolved, after employers pressed for the unions to identify any occupational or industry comparators they will seek to rely on.
