In a rare arbitrated adverse action ruling, the Fair Work Commission has ordered a real estate business to pay a former manager more than $20,000 compensation - including $3,000 for hurt, humiliation and distress - after finding it acted unlawfully against her, including when it forced her to resign after a long absence.
