Denying bus driver's charter to ski fields not a snow job: Court

A bus company took adverse action against a driver and TWU delegate when it made a last-minute decision to sub-contract a charter job he had been scheduled to perform, but has established that it did so because of a staff shortage that might have reduced its ability to meet its core service obligations under government contracts, the Federal Court has found.
