Default super review in limbo

Applications for superannuation funds to be added as default options to modern awards are now on hold after FWC President Iain Ross announced this afternoon that the tribunal's expert panel would not deal further with the four-yearly review in the wake of Friday's full Federal Court ruling that it was invalidly constituted.
